The proof layer
You shouldn't have to take any vendor's word for it, ours included. Every answer arrives with its work attached: what went in, how it was weighed, and who signed off. Your team can check all of it.
Not ready to talk? Field View will still map your county for free — no sales call attached.
Every answer comes with a one-page receipt: what data went in, how much each piece counted, how old the data is, and which person signed off. If your team disagrees with any of it, they can say so before anyone acts on the map.
| You asked about | How the engine read it | How sure |
|---|---|---|
| Who to help | Adults with serious heart failure | 97% |
| What gets in their way | Rides and distance to a pharmacy matter most | 88%, flagged for a human to double-check |
| Source | What it measures | Data year | How much it counted | Why it's in there (written by a person) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| CDC | How common heart failure is, by neighborhood | 2024 | 28% | The main thing you asked about |
| CMS | How often patients bounce back to the hospital | 2025 | 22% | This is what the penalty is based on |
| CDC | How hard it is to get a ride | 2022 | 18% | No ride, no follow-up visit |
| Census | Homes without a car | 2023 | 14% | Missed appointments start here |
| HRSA | Neighborhoods short on doctors | 2025 | 10% | Nowhere nearby to send them after |
| CDC | Adults who get a yearly checkup | 2024 | 8% | Shows who's already connected to care |
Every prediction is written down the day it's made, and it can't be edited afterward. When the real outcome shows up, it gets recorded next to it, right or wrong. So you can look back and see how often the map was right, instead of taking anyone's word for it.
| What the map said | When we said it | What actually happened | Right or wrong |
|---|---|---|---|
| These neighborhoods will drive readmissions, County A | Nov 2024 | They did, confirmed Dec 2025 | Right |
| These neighborhoods next, County C | Feb 2025 | They did, confirmed Jan 2026 | Right |
| A surge is coming, County B | Nov 2024 | It never showed up | Wrong, kept on the record |
| Staffing will get tight, County D | Jun 2026 | Still waiting to find out | Too soon to tell |
Answers come back as people, not scores. Not "this area rates 87 out of 100." Instead: about how many people, and in which neighborhoods. A number like that can be checked in the real world.
HIPAA-aligned architecture on Google Cloud with a signed BAA. Tenant-scoped data isolation and audit logging. No EHR integration, so there is nothing to connect and nothing new to expose. Whatever your review needs beyond that, ask. It goes straight to the founder.
